Kicking of the New Year with some shades of grey. Great color to instantly look posh and refined on any given day.

This sweater with side slits was a perfect catch during Thanksgiving sale at Zara. I knew it would be edgy and cool but didn’t realize how chic it can look until I paired it with a tan belt. Sometime we hold back from buying pieces that are bit daring or different than it’s most expected or accepted form. It is always refreshing to go out of your comfort zone and try something unique or something that you felt like saying “wtf” to at the first glance :D.

Recently bought this coat on sale and love how it goes well with almost all of my outfits. A patterned coat usually is not considered a great investment due to the notion that it might not work with majority of your outfits, but a black and grey one like this can be a perfect and safe addition to bring some freshness to your classic coat collection. This outfit would look equally great with a plain grey coat or a duster.

Wearing my old favorite legging jeans from GAP. I have been wearing this pair every winter since last 3 years. The thing that I love the most is it always fits like a glove despite any wait fluctuation ;-). Moreover it is super comfortable and warm.

I must admit that I have been literally on a pom pom beanie collection spree this season. This beret version is super cute with right amount of slouchiness. I consider pom pom beanies as must haves for the cold weather. It makes the whole winter clothing less boring and more fun and trendy. Here are some more of my favorites out there.

Love love love these boots by Michael Kors. I felt instantly hot wearing them :). Hot is not the word I am use to using when it comes to style but in this case I had no equally good synonym. The heels are super high and extension above ankle is more than a normal ankle boots which makes it perfect to wear over leggings or skinny jeans. The wedge in the front balances off the high heels and make them easier to walk around.
